Terms of service for subscriptions

 

Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a monthly subscription you agree to an initial and a recurring Monthly Subscription fee and you accept all responsibility for recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel you monthly subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancelation policy.

 

  • AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe H. Porter Candle Company will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. We charge each subscription on the subscribers original purchase date of each month. Example: If you purchase a subscription on the 7th, you will then be charged each month on the 7th for your subscription. H. Porter Candle Company will continue to automatically process your monthly subscription fee, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your monthly subscription below in the section “Cancellation Policy”.

 

Pre-Paid Auto Renewing Subscription: By purchasing a 3, 6- or 12-month subscription you agree to an initial pre-payment for 3, 6- or 12-months term of service. Once your selected term has been served your subscription will expire and you will no longer be sent products. 

 

You accept all responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We explain how to cancel your pre-paid subscription below in the section “Cancellation Policy”.

If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or your credit card is expired or rejected, we will re-try to collect payment once a day for 3 days after the first decline. If no payment is received, we will then cancel your subscription and you will no longer receive any additional products.

 

Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time after your first box ships by logging into your account, clicking “manage subscriptions” and following the “cancel subscription” procedures. If you do not cancel before your charge date you will be charged and sent a product for the following month. 

If you wish to contact us via email to cancel, please do so at least two days before your subscriptions auto-renewal date. You may contact us at .

Pre-paid & Gift subscriptions (3, 6- or 12-month terms) are not eligible for cancellation – these subscriptions will expire after the original purchased term is complete.

 

You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the cancelation of your subscription for your records. If you do not receive that email within one day of your cancellation, please contact us at info@hportercandlecompany.com as your cancelation may not be complete.

Cancellation is effective immediately upon completing the cancellation process. You will not receive any more additional products. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds or credits on any of our subscription services.
