Subscription Cancelation Policy

 

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time after your first box ships by logging into your account, clicking “manage subscriptions” and following the “cancel subscription” procedures. 

If you wish to contact us via email to cancel, please do so at least two days before your subscriptions auto-renewal date. You may contact us at .

Gift subscriptions (3, 6- or 12-month terms) are not eligible for cancellation – these subscriptions will expire after the original purchased term is complete.

You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the cancelation of your subscription for your records. If you do not receive that email within one day of your cancellation, please contact us at info@hportercandlecompany.com as your cancelation may not be complete.

Cancellation is effective immediately upon completing the cancellation process. You will not receive any more additional products. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds or credits on any of our subscription services.
