What are the benefits of joining the Candle of the Month Club?

By joining our Candle of the Month club you immediately save over $150 a year on discounted large candles and free shipping every month! Our club members also have first access to each seasonal collection along with member exclusive offers and discounts all year long. Club members can add extra candles and/or wax melts to each of their orders without having to worry about additional shipping charges*. 

How do I update my shipping address and/or credit card info?

To update any of your information you'll need to create a user account on our website using the email you provided when you purchased your subscription. From there you will be able to update your name, address, credit card information as well as pause or cancel your membership.

When will I be charged each month? 

You will be charged upon your initial purchase and then once every following month on you original purchase date. If you "pre-pay" for your subscription you will only be charged upon your initial purchase.

When will my order ship? 

Your initial order will ship within a week of your purchase. Every following order will ship within the week of your monthly charge. You will receive an email notification and tracking number for every order we ship you. 

How do Pre-Paid subscriptions work?

When you pre-pay for a subscription you are paying for several months of orders up front and saving money in the process! Pre-pay for 3, 6 or 12 months of orders in one purchase and receive an order once a month until your subscription length ends. You'll enjoy all the benefits of our Candle of the Month Club including the options to customize each order each month and add on any extras you'd like. 

How do I customize which scent I get each month?

You will receive an email within two weeks of your charge date with link to select each month's scent choices. Fill out the form within the link scent and we'll get to working on your custom order. Or don't to do anything at all and we'll choose for you! 

Can I add on any extra candles to my order*?

Yes! When you receive your email with your monthly scent choices, you'll also be asked if you'd like to add anything to your order that month. Add as much as you want! You will be charged for the additional products but never for any additional shipping. Shipping is always free since you're part of our exclusive club*!

How do I gift a subscription?
